Hotel Brais - Durres

The accommodations were very modern and clean. the staff was friendly and accommodating, offering great recommendations for nearby attractions and restaurants. the hotel's location was excellent, providing easy access to many local amenities.

The lighting in the rooms was too bright at night, making it difficult to sleep. some areas of the hotel could use more maintenance to keep them up to par and ensure guest satisfaction.

We had a great stay in this city. The hotel location was amazing, as it was very close to the historical center and near the beach. it was in the center and very close to the walking street with many restaurants. We appreciated the facilities and cleanliness of the hotel. The staff was wonderful, always being kind and helpful. The breakfast was also excellent.

This hotel offers a great location, with the amphitheater, walking street, and many restaurants nearby. the rooms are comfortable, modern, and well decorated. the housekeeping staff is very professional and keeps everything tidy. the breakfast served in the restaurant is average, but the English-speaking staff are great professionals. the hotel has a pool, and the staff is very friendly and helpful, providing valuable tips and even organizing day trips.

The hotel has a policy of charging guests upfront, making the check-in process less than ideal.

We were impressed by the luxurious amenities in the room, including the private facilities and exclusive room advantages. the restaurant and bar/lounge area were also top-notch, providing delicious food and drinks in a sophisticated atmosphere.

Our only minor issue was with the location of the room, which was next to a noisy area and caused some disturbance during the night. this was quickly resolved by the attentive and professional housekeeping staff, who took care of everything with great efficiency.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with international and USB plug sockets provided. The location was great, close to key attractions and amenities. We appreciated the complimentary big bottle of water that was provided every day of our stay.

The breakfast was not the freshest, with the fruit decaying and the same options every day. The TV didn't work and was not fixed for the duration of our stay.

Brais Boutique Hotel in Durres was awesome in every way. The room was clean, quiet, and well furnished with a comfortable bed. The hot water in the bathroom was excellent and the breakfast served in their cafe was delicious and generous. The hotel staff were really good too help us with arranging a last-minute wine tour and taxi. The location, steps away from the main boulevard and the ocean baywalk, was perfect.

All was perfect.
